Supreme AI Ventures · Software, cloud and workflow engineering

Most operations do not need another tool. They need the process fixed and the software built around it. We design it, engineer it and hand over something your team can run in your own environment.

Where operations get stuck

Six problems we are usually called in to fix, and what we build for each.

  1. Infrastructure changes nobody can fully review

Cloud and infrastructure changes checked against policy before they ship.

  2. Approvals lost in email

Review portals and sign-off workflows that show who approved what, and when.

  3. Paperwork retyped by hand

Invoices, statements, bids and RFQs read, validated and entered without a person rekeying them.

  4. Tools that do not talk to each other

Integrations and automation that connect the systems your team already runs.

  5. Decisions without the evidence in one place

Go/no-go calls and prioritization with sources, scores and risks side by side.

  6. Field work that never reaches the system

Inspections, photos and recordings captured on the device in hand, reviewed and filed.

What we build

Eight kinds of systems we design and build. Many are AI-augmented, and all are built on solid software first. Select one to see a matching build, or tell us what you need.

Governed agents & cloud operationsLive demo

TerraGate

Review infrastructure changes before they merge.

Challenge
A Terraform plan can open a production database to the internet in a single line that reviewers miss in a long diff.
What we built
A review workspace that checks every plan against policy, shows the evidence behind each finding, and records approvals and time-limited exceptions.
How it works
Deterministic policy rules, a confidence score on every finding, comments bound to approvals, and a full history of each decision.
Outcome
[Add one measured result]

TerraGate review of a sample Terraform plan with a critical risk score, severity breakdown, AWS cost delta and an approval bound to the reviewed commit.

PursuitDesk

Decide which pursuit deserves the next capture hour.

Challenge
Federal capture teams spend weeks on opportunities they were never positioned to win, because the evidence sits in a dozen places.
What we built
A decision room that brings client readiness, opportunity signals, source records and risk into one go/no-go review.
How it works
NAICS and PSC fit against the client profile, historical award matches, a P-win range, a recorded advisor decision and source-backed proposal drafts.
Outcome

InspectIQ

Inspections that hold up when someone asks how the grade was set.

Challenge
Vehicle grades depend on photos that are missing, blurred or taken from the wrong angle, and nobody can trace a grade back to its evidence.
What we built
A capture and review workbench that checks required angles, proposes findings and holds anything uncertain for a person to confirm.
How it works
Angle checklists, AI suggestions with confidence, accept or reject by a named reviewer, versioned reports and an audit trail of every event.

Album Approve

Client sign-off on the exact version, not the email thread.

Challenge
Client feedback arrives in scattered messages that never say which page or which version they mean, so approvals are hard to prove.
What we built
A review portal where clients pin comments to the spread itself and approve a specific version of the work.
How it works
Versioned uploads, pinned feedback threads, change requests, and an approval recorded against the exact version it covers.
Outcome

Who we build for

Operations, finance, field and infrastructure teams. The same engineering, applied where the work actually happens.

How we work

Architecture, integration, validation and operating documentation are part of every engagement.

  1. Scope

Map the process, data and decision to improve. Agree what a good result looks like.

    Acceptance criteria · Evaluation plan
  2. Design

Architecture and integration map for your environment, with review points drawn in.

    Architecture · Deployment plan
  3. Build & validate

Working software and infrastructure as code, tested on inputs from your own process.

    Release criteria · Issue list
  4. Hand over

Deployed to your environment with rollback, runbooks and a walkthrough for operators.

How we keep AI accountable

  • Answers cite their source

Findings link back to the document, recording or record they came from, so a reviewer can check them.

  • Rules decide, not guesses

Policy checks are written as explicit rules and run before anything is approved, as in the live check above.

  • Every action has an owner

Anything uncertain is held for a named person to approve, and the decision is recorded.

  • It runs in your cloud

Deployed to your environment with rollback, runbooks and a walkthrough for your operators.

Questions we get asked

Where does the system run?

In your own cloud. Delivery includes rollback, runbooks and a walkthrough for the people who operate it.

What do we receive at the end?

Working software plus architecture, integration, validation and operating documentation. Every engagement starts from agreed acceptance criteria and an evaluation plan.

What if the AI is wrong or unsure?

Answers carry their sources. Policy rules can block an item, and uncertain items are held for human review instead of being approved automatically.

Can I see work that has shipped?

Yes. The full index labels every build as shipped, in preview, in development or archived, tagged by capability and industry. Open the index.

Tell us the problem.

Describe the workflow, the systems involved and the result you need. We'll come back with a scoped approach, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
