We build thesoftware youroperations run on.

We build software for the work between your systems: checking records, reviewing evidence and getting a decision approved. Start with one workflow, with the inputs, integrations and acceptance checks agreed before we build.

Try a sample reviewBuilt-in examples of approve, block and hold. Runs in this page.

Illustrative rules: approve a match, block a violation or hold an item for review.

What we build.

Software for billing reviews, document search and cloud operations, with image analysis and applications for web, mobile and Mac.

Invoice reconciliationSynthetic pilot

ShiftClarity

From billing exports to a review your team can act on.

Challenge
A rate change can be approved while an invoice still uses the old rate. Completed shifts can be missing from billing, and incomplete records make the difference hard to verify.
What we built
Compare CSV or Excel exports of approved rates, work and invoices. Review potential underbilling and overbilling beside the source records, then download an evidence report.
How it works
Confirm file mappings → compare the records → review the difference → export the evidence. The private synthetic pilot adds separate rate approval, saved periods, assigned follow-up and verification of corrected invoices.

Try authorized, minimized exports in your browser without signing in or uploading records. This capture uses fictional files; amounts are potential differences, not collected funds. Persistent cloud access is invite-only and limited to synthetic evaluation.

ShiftClarity live browser-local evaluator using fictional files: $460 potential underbilling, $24 potential overbilling, six of eight shifts checked and two coverage gaps.

Infrastructure reviewPublic demo

TerraGate

Review infrastructure changes before they merge.

Challenge
A Terraform plan can open a production database to the internet in a single line that reviewers miss in a long diff.
What we built
A review workspace that checks every plan against policy, shows the evidence behind each finding, and records approvals and time-limited exceptions.
How it works
Deterministic policy rules, evidence-linked findings and review decisions. GitHub writes are mocked and plan artifacts are ephemeral in this public demo; v2 AI review is not deployed here.

PursuitDesk

Decide which pursuit deserves the next capture hour.

Challenge
Client readiness, opportunity signals and source records are scattered across documents, making a go/no-go review hard to follow.
What we built
A decision room that brings client readiness, opportunity signals, source records and risk into one go/no-go review.
How it works
Client-fit signals, source records, a recorded advisor decision and proposal drafts. Tenant JWT enforcement and billing are not active in this shared workspace.

Two technical references for evaluating the implementation: an API contract and a retrieval architecture.

Super Transcriber API

Private uploads, durable transcription jobs and signed webhooks, with a typed SDK and customer-owned AWS deployment option.

  1. Private upload
  2. Async job
  3. Signed webhook
  4. Export

v1.0 records AWS smoke tests with synthetic audio. Environment setup needs evaluation; checkout and billing are disabled.

Pulpit

An authenticated Korean–English sermon archive combining semantic and keyword search, with answers linked to source cards.

  1. Caption archive
  2. S3 Vectors + keyword index
  3. Authenticated search + sources

This is an architecture summary, not a product screenshot. The public application requires sign-in; no retrieval-accuracy or adoption claim is made.

More engineering examples

Start with one workflow.

Show us what is checked today, by whom and in which systems. We come back with a written scope: the inputs, integrations, exclusions and acceptance checks. Build and handover follow that scope.

  1. Scope

Map one workflow and its inputs. Define the deliverable, exclusions and the evidence needed to accept it.

    Acceptance criteria · Evaluation plan
  2. Design

Agree the integration, identity and data boundaries, including which checks are rules and which decisions require review.

    Architecture · Deployment plan
  3. Build & validate

Build against agreed acceptance checks. Test source coverage, failure paths and reviewer actions using authorized inputs.

    Release criteria · Issue list
  4. Hand over

Agree the target environment and operating owner. Cloud deployment, rollback, runbooks and a walkthrough are scoped to the project.

    Rollback · Handover checklist

Questions we get asked

Where does the system run?

The target environment is agreed in scope. Your own cloud account is an option, with access controls, rollback and operating handover defined for that deployment.

What do we receive at the end?

Working software plus architecture, integration, validation and operating documentation. Every engagement starts from agreed acceptance criteria and an evaluation plan.

What if the AI is wrong or unsure?

We agree which results need source references, which checks use explicit rules and which decisions stay with a reviewer. Those behaviors become part of the acceptance checks.

Can we start from an existing build?

We can evaluate whether an existing workflow fits your inputs and environment before proposing a new build. The project index includes demos, pilots, tools and engineering references, each with its current scope.

Tell us the problem.

Describe one workflow: what is checked today, which systems are involved and what a good result looks like. We will discuss fit and the scope of a first engagement.
